Payment Policy
Money Orders, Bank Cheques, Certified Cheques and Traveler's Cheques
are treated like cash.
Credit cards are accepted online as long as the shipping address
is listed with the credit card company.
We accept Visa, Master Card and debit cards when shopping in person
at the store.
We do not accept international credit cards, as they cannot be verified.
Personal Cheques require 7 days to clear.
Credit Cards are charged only on in stock items & only when order
is ready to ship.
Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged
in advance with myMicro.com.
If for any reason you do not want to provide your credit card information
online, you may call our Customer Service Department or your Account
Manager using our toll-free number 1-877-MY-MICRO to complete your
order.
myMICRO.com will accept a cashiers cheque or money order on all
COD orders. myMicro will accept personal and business cheques (subject
to verification) for prepay orders. Allow 10 business days for clearing.
Return Policy
Need for RMA number
An RMA must be requested within 10 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a myMicro.com return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. RMA numbers issued by myMicro.com are good for 10 business days only, and product must be received by myMicro.com within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
Send your request via email to . Please include your order number and we will then supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, after which you will ship the product back to myMicro.com. This will expedite the process of a product return.
RMA Policy
In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer Name, Customer number, invoice number, serial number (all of which are on your invoice), reason or nature for return.
At myMicro.com, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible.
Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy. myMicro.com reserves the right to add special return conditions for additional manufacturers as manufacturer policies change.
Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. We will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.
A purchase made through our website or by phone may also be returned to our Retail Store. Returns for computer and office products can be brought to 226 Esna Park Drive, Unit-3, Markham, Ontario L4C 8X2.
Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by myMicro.com to the customer, at myMicro.com's expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to myMicro.com.
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new tracking number once myMicro.com receives, approves and processes the returned item.
Credit will be issued if necessary within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
RMA Packaging & Preparation
When returning products, myMicro.com strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages and provides a proof of delivery. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. The customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products that have not been insured for and are damaged during shipment will not be accepted by myMicro.com. in case of loss or damage. Shipping charges for shipment to customers are not refundable.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package you are returning.
Unopened Packages
Unopened product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to myMicro.com within five business days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.
Unopened software can be exchanged within 5 days of the invoice date. Opened software will not be accepted for return.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material. If the item is returned in "new" condition with all packaging intact, there may be no restocking fee.
Opened Package
Product that has been opened may be returned to myMicro.com within five business days of invoice date, although such returns will be charged a restocking fee, which varies by the product. All products must be returned 100% new, complete in a re-saleable condition. Any used, missing or damaged products, components or accompanying items will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at myMicro.com's sole option.
DOA (defective/dead on arrival) arrival
Defective and DOA product must be reported to Customer Service within 3 working days of the invoice date. All order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product, damaged product or overages) must be reported to Customer Service within 3 working days.
If a product arrives DOA, or if any product or part is defective, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly at the number(s) listed in the manual (call customer service for manufacturers' phone number at 1-877-MY-MICRO) if for service or exchange. Due to manufacturer policies, myMicro.com cannot accept these returns.
If the customer receives damaged products, the products should be refused upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box.
Non-DOA
If any non-DOA product or part is or becomes defective, the customer should contact the manufacturer directly for service or exchange. Due to manufacturer policies, myMicro.com cannot accept these returns for service or exchange directly.
Refusal to accept Return
Failure to return a product within the 10 working days will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
Credit will not be given on printers, fax machines, build-to-order items, and special orders for any reason.
At times, myMicro.com will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Under no circumstances can the following products be returned: Discontinued items, Special order items, Products modified by Configuration Centre, Literature, Closeout remanufactured, refurbished products, and Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Taxes
myMicro.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other provinces.
For orders shipped to a Canadian Address, unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices do not include any GST or PST (if applicable by the province of destination). For Orders shipped to USA all such duties or taxes shall be paid by customer. myMicro.com shall not be liable for handling customs charges for shipments outside the United States.
Shipping Info
myMicro.com will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, and delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, and failure of power.
Your order will ship the same day if it is processed by 3PM EST that day. If processed after 3PM or on weekend and holidays, your order will ship the next business day. Please note that these rules apply to orders on in-stock items only.
We do accept online orders from outside of Canada with certain exceptions. For information call 1-877-MY-MICRO to place an order if you ordering from outside of Canada.
Sales tax applies only to the shipping addresses located in Ontario.
All shipping addresses must verifiable or we will not be able to process the order. For an address to verify, it must either be listed with your credit card company or listed in the telephone book.
If the shipping address is different than the billing address, please enter the phone number to the shipping address as the alternate telephone number.
For verification purposes, when shipping to a business location, please provide the name and main phone number of the company as listed in the phone book.
We do not ship to addresses with unpublished telephone numbers unless the address is listed with the credit card as the billing address.
For security purposes, we do not ship to hotels, Mailboxes etc. type companies or freight forwarding companies.
Any international customs or duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, if the product is shipped outside of Canada.
On all orders myMicro.com reserves the right to limit quantities.
If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you through email. Please make sure that your email address is valid and entered correctly, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive our messages.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Many items on our site currently feature Free Shipping. These are limited offers and may be withdrawn at any time prior to (but not after) you place an order.
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.
Estimated shipping times are provided on our website on the individual product listings.
Delivery. All equipment will be delivered to the Customer f.o.b. from myMicro.com's facility or the facilities of any of myMicro.com's vendors who are shipping directly to Customer. Regardless of the terms of shipment and who pays for freight, the risk of loss would be the Customers' responsibility.
If Customer provides myMicro.com with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for myMicro.com, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from myMicro.com to Customer upon shipment from myMicro.com's facility.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. myMicro.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline.
Orders are not binding upon myMicro.com until accepted by myMicro.com. Terms of payment are within myMicro.com's sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period specified on the invoice, measured from the date of invoice. myMicro.com may invoice parts of an order in separate Invoices.
myMicro.com reserves the right to, at any time, after receipt of any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply less than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.
Your order may be cancelled only if it's on backorder or under credit review. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships, but if you wish to cancel a backordered, send an email to .
By accepting delivery of the products and services described in myMicro.com's Invoice or other documentation, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions of sale unless customer and myMicro.com have signed a separate agreement.
